Shipping & Returns - IBBE DESIGN
If you need to return an item, please use Contact Us formular with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please inspect your package for damages before accepting it. If you find any damages please don't accept the parcel from the delivery service or fill and sign a damage report with the courier.
1 - If you will find any defect or issue please report immediately to us together with pictures of the defect
2 - We will find a solution for you - replacement/partial replacement/refund/refusing the claim
3 - In case of full replacement or partial replacement we will issue the return label and provide to the customer
4 - We will wait until the item will reach our warehouse - we will check the condition of the furniture and the packaging. If the item wasn't packed properly on the customer's side and the item got damaged because of that, the customer is responsible for the damage. We will deduct the amount from the refund.
5 - The money will be refunded to the customer's account which the payment came from
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
The full refund will be issued only if:
- Item is packed in original packaging including the inner protecting material
- Item is without any marks of usage, further damages, animal marks and odourless (smoke,...)
The return shipping costs are covered by the customer if:
- The customer refused the item upon delivery
- The customer has ordered the item by mistake
- The customer has changed the mind
- The customer didn't say any reason for returning the goods
- The customer provided incorrect contact information
- The customer does not communicate with the carriers or to our requests - phone and email
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain (only mainland).
Standart delivery time within EU is 4-10 business days if the item is in our stock.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.
